We Care rolls out mobile scheduling
solution
TORONTO – We Care Home Health
Services (We Care) has entered into an agreement to deploy CellTrak’s
mobile healthcare solution to automate the Time and Attendance tracking
for staff.
After an extensive pilot in their Winnipeg office, We Care chose
CellTrak for a variety of reasons, including ease of use, reliability of
the service and CellTrak’s level of customer support during the pilot
evaluation process.
Other features and benefits that We Care realized were less paperwork,
automated scheduling with their Procura clinical management system and
improved communication amongst the care teams. From an HR and payroll
perspective the elimination of paper and manual processes provides
streamlined payroll and expense management, and fewer billing delays.

With the successful pilot completed, We Care is accelerating the roll
out of the CellTrak solution in 2010 to their offices throughout Canada.
