Paula Hucko appointed VP at GoldCare

WATERLOO – Campana Systems Inc., a leading developer of healthcare management software, is pleased to announce the appointment of Paula Hucko (pictured) as the new Vice President of Sales and Marketing, GoldCare division.

Reporting to Grant Roberts, Campana’s President and CEO, Hucko will be responsible for developing and expanding GoldCare’s presence in the home, community and long-term care markets in Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

“Paula brings to GoldCare a wealth of industry knowledge and experience. She is widely recognized for her leadership and commitment to healthcare advancement,” says Roberts. “We welcome her expertise and look forward to the positive impact she is sure to have on GoldCare’s expanding presence in the healthcare marketplace.”

Hucko is a 28-year veteran of the healthcare, software development and financial services industries, most recently with HSA Global, an international developer and distributor of consumer healthcare software. Prior to HSA Global, Hucko was CEO of pVelocity Inc., and was previously with GE Healthcare following their acquisition of Triple G Systems Group, of which Hucko was President.

Hucko led Triple G Systems and TechnoLabs through a series of acquisitions and growing regulatory demands in the field of medical laboratory information systems. Hucko was also President of Dun and Bradstreet Software Canada, and Executive Vice-President of IST Group.

Hucko holds an MBA and BSc. from McMaster University. She is an active board member and frequent contributor of many healthcare industry associations at the provincial and national levels.
