Zoltan joined EllisDon in 2013 and has more than eight years of experience in construction, design and project management. Zoltan is currently a Design Manager for the EllisDon Energy & Digital Services group that has recently overseen the design, implementation, and construction of incredibly complex system integrations for several hospitals in Canada.
Darren O. Powell, University of Louisville Hospital
Darren is the Director of IT Integration at the University of Louisville Hospital. Darren has more than 17 years of HL7 Integration experience, has built over 400 interfaces and supported 5 different engines, including Rhapsody. He has interfaced with numerous HIS and EMR applications including Siemens Invision, Siemens Sorian, Meditech Magic, Cerner and Epic.
Mike Thomas, Cleveland Clinic
Mike is a Systems Analyst III in the IT Clinical Integration & Interfaces team with the Cleveland Clinic. He is responsible for developing and maintaining clinical interfaces utilizing Siemen’s OPENLink and Orion Health Rhapsody Integration engines.
George Varghese, Henry Mayo
George Varghese is a software technical analyst with extensive experience in development and support in the healthcare industry. George started his career in software support & development in 1995 for manufacturing operations in an automotive company. The transition to the service Industry took place in 2002 with a stint at Starwood Hotels followed by Phoenix House, Antelope Valley Hospital, Kaiser Permanente and Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital. The last 15 years was primarily in the area of middleware to support HL7, EDI, NCPDP, several database technologies, API, Web Security, Cloud Computing, AI and lately FHIR. George holds a master’s degree and an advanced software engineering certification from IBM.
