Intelerad expands U.K. operations

April 2, 2014

MONTREAL – Intelerad Medical Systems, a leader in medical imaging PACS, RIS and workflow solutions, has announced the expansion of their U.K. operations, which includes the opening of an office in Manchester with dedicated staff to better serve existing customers and expand the availability of their solutions in the region.

As part of their U.K. market entry, Intelerad will host four events across the U.K. to demonstrate the value that their award-winning IntelePACS solution provides to both imaging centres and hospitals.

Taking place in Leeds, Newcastle, Manchester and London, each event will be attended by Intelerad founder and CTO Chris Henri (pictured), UK & Ireland Sales Manager Roy Kinnear, and Hospital Solutions Manager Jon Robinson, who will provide in-depth demonstrations of IntelePACS as well as other Intelerad solutions. In addition, the events in Leeds, Newcastle and London will include testimonials from U.K.-based Intelerad customers.

“IntelePACS provides a high-value alternative to the market, one that is proven to increase productivity, enhance collaboration between physicians, and facilitate access to and exchange of medical records,” said Henri. “By expanding our U.K. presence, we look forward to addressing the challenges faced by private and public radiology organizations, including NHS Hospitals and Trusts, and assisting them in the deployment of next-generation solutions.”

Designed to facilitate integration and support large-scale implementations, IntelePACS is built to provide users with a high-quality experience from any location – ideal for multi-site organizations and remote reporting.

Backed by industry-leading services and support, IntelePACS comprises a suite of sophisticated modules that includes Image Fusion, Breast Imaging and Multi-Method Reporting, which blends traditional dictation, voice recognition and structured reporting in a seamless streamlined interface and workflow. A rich set of third-party product integrations further enhances the offering.

Intelerad’s series of U.K. events will start in Leeds on April 23, followed by Newcastle on April 24, Manchester on April 25, and London on April 28. For more information, visit http://www.intelerad.co.uk/tour.
