North Bay Regional Health outsources transcription

NORTH BAY, Ont. – North Bay Regional Health Centre (NBRHC) has awarded a multi-year contract to Terra Nova Transcription as an outsourced clinical documentation partner. Terra Nova, based in St. John’s, NL and Tampa, Fla., offers a complete end-to-end service.

“The contract for transcription services went through our full competitive bidding process,” said Marc Bouchard (pictured), Chief Information and Chief Privacy Officer, for NBRHC. “We are pleased to say that this process has resulted in the contract being awarded to a company that best meets all the criteria set out in the RFP and provides us with a valuable service.”
