Rubbermaid sells cart business to Capsa Solutions

ATLANTA – Newell Rubbermaid Inc. announced that it has sold its Rubbermaid medical carts business to Capsa Solutions, a leader in the development and manufacturing of mobile computer workstations, medical carts, health IT mounting solutions and medication management systems, based in Portland, Ore.

The acquisition of Rubbermaid Health Care division is Capsa Solutions’ fourth acquisition in the last eight years, and brings together two leaders in the healthcare IT and computing industry.
