Hospitality Network and Lincor establish partnership

November 4, 2015

Serge LafleurREGINA – Nashville, Tennessee-based Lincor Solutions Inc. and Regina-based Hospitality Network Canada Inc., (HNCI) announced that they have signed a new partnership agreement. The agreement will provide HNCI with exclusive distribution rights in Canada for LincOS, Lincor’s interactive patient engagement platform.

Under the agreement, HNCI will offer LincOS to HNCI’s existing network of 300 healthcare facilities across Canada, as well as to any future clients. In addition to expanded markets, the agreement will provide Lincor with HNCI’s experience delivering and marketing bedside service to patients and video training services for the healthcare facilities themselves.

The partnership will pair Canada’s leading provider of health facility entertainment services with one of the world’s largest patient engagement platforms. Lincor technology is found in over 130 healthcare facilities in over 25 countries around the world.

The LincOS system provides access to clinical, administrative and entertainment systems in a single platform. Through the efficiencies this technology provides, hospitals save money while patients are empowered to be better informed and engaged in their care.

The Lincor technology allows a wide range of innovative applications, including automated patient whiteboards, digital dietary and meal systems, and interactive patient communications tools.

“We have been in the business of hospital interactive technology for almost 50 years. Through this time, we’ve developed a keen understanding of our clients’ needs to control costs while providing better outcomes for patients,” said Serge Lafleur (pictured), president and CEO of HNCI.

“This requires innovation and that is what Lincor provides. Lincor’s technology will help us continue to improve the way we meet the needs of patients and healthcare providers across Canada.”

Gregg Michaelson, CEO of Lincor, emphasized the depth of HNCI’s experience. “HNCI is the clear leader in the interactive patient technology market in Canada. No one knows their customers better. No one delivers more or better services, and no one understands better the potential for this technology to improve the patient experience. We are delighted to partner with them and look forward to our technology helping patients and hospitals across Canada,” Michaelson said.
