WELL Health to acquire NerdEMR

VANCOUVER – WELL Health Technologies Corp., a company focused on modernizing clinical and digital assets within the primary healthcare sector, announced it has entered into an agreement to purchase NerdEMR. NerdEMR provides OSCAR EMR services to approximately 220 clinics most of which are located in the province of British Columbia.

The total consideration payable by WELL in connection with the acquisition of NerdEMR and Butterfly is approximately $2.55 million.
