Achieving returns on investment during a pandemic

This is even more critical as all healthcare organizations are fighting Covid-19. To meet this challenge, healthcare organizations need to be financially efficient, provide better patient outcomes and achieve higher rates of patient satisfaction.

The Phillips ROI Methodology™ is a proven method to ensure that investments add value and offer value to all stakeholders. This 10-hour course will provide the knowledge and skills to participants to measure value, impact and ROI in healthcare improvement initiatives, using the Phillips ROI Methodology.

The course will include examples and real case studies to bring a practical approach to the participant’s learning. Participants will gain a NIHI-McMaster Certificate of Attendance.
