Building resilience in the healthcare workforce
September 15, 2021
TORONTO – The complexity of healthcare in Canada encompasses policy, people, process, equipment, and locations. At the heart of care delivery are the skilled and dedicated people on the front lines, supported by others that ensure they’re working in clean or sterile environments, that treatment suites are ready, that patients and equipment are moved efficiently, and that staff, patients, and families are fed. Collectively these teams ensure that the optimal level of care is provided.
