Tickit Health strengthens North American leadership

VANCOUVER – Tickit Health, a global provider of person-reported data collection solutions based on Digital Empathy, is pleased to announce that it has strengthened its corporate leadership team, drawing from a wealth of expertise at the executive and product level with the addition of Eric Finkel (pictured on left) as chief revenue officer and Luke Cowell (pictured on right) as chief technology officer.
Eric brings more than 20 years of experience across a range of industries including healthcare, law, real estate, media, technology, and social enterprise. In his new role as CRO, Eric will oversee Tickit Health’s growth, driving better integration and alignment between all revenue-related functions.
Prior to joining Tickit Health, Eric worked as a lawyer, management consultant, growth hacker and content creator. Eric is also actively involved in his community, including as a mentor to business founders and in support of affordable housing.
As chief technology officer, Luke will oversee software engineering and product strategy at Tickit Health. He brings more than 25 years of engineering and engineering management experience to his role, along with a huge passion for people, process, and technology.
Luke specializes in transitioning engineering teams through different stages of growth, most recently as a co-founder of hyper-growth startup jane.app. In his time at jane.app, Luke built a team of 50 engineers and wore many hats including manager, mentor and leader. In 2021, the company was recognized as a top 10 Canadian Software company to watch in the category of Mental Health.
