Caring for the care-givers: how tech can help
October 4, 2022
TORONTO – Hospitals are at a critical crossroad. Nurses are leaving in droves, patients are sicker than ever before and CEOs are realizing that throwing money at their problems isn’t necessarily the solution. Most importantly, how much longer can we expect nurses to continue doing more with less?
A hospital’s technology can be a deciding factor in where nurses take jobs and job satisfaction. In a recent Ascom survey, 60% of nurses say it’s important in their decision-making process. The right technology can help improve nurse satisfaction and foster meaningful interactions with patients, staff and families resulting in positive outcomes – key components of the quadruple aim.
In this webinar we’ll explore the obstacles that are plaguing your staff and discover the clinical communication and technology solutions that you can employ today to support your healthcare workers such as:
- Care coordination
- Clinical monitoring and alarm management
- Workplace and staff safety
- Clinical decision support
- Smart nurse call
