Listowel to deploy Novari ATC technology for surgery

KINGSTON, Ont. – Novari Health has executed an agreement with Listowel Wingham Hospitals Alliance (LWHA) to implement our surgical wait list management and eBooking technology at Listowel Memorial Hospital and Wingham and District Hospital. With support from Ontario Health, the Novari ATC technology is being provided as software as a service to the hospitals and all surgical offices.

The system will provide surgeons and their office staff access to a state-of-the-art electronic wait list management system and the ability to electronically coordinate the scheduling of surgeries and procedures with the hospital. The software enhances the ability for collaboration and management of pooled lists of patients waiting for surgery as well as supporting a regional view of the demand for surgical services.

The Ontario Ministry of Health, Ontario Health, Ontario Health Teams, and hospitals across the province have been working to mitigate the lasting effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on patients waiting for surgery, medical imaging, and many other healthcare services. Having a state-of-the-art wait list management and central intake system complements these efforts for all patients.
