Bonnie CammBRANTFORD, Ont. – The Brant Community Healthcare System (BCHS) Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of Bonnie Camm (pictured) to the position of president & chief executive officer (CEO), effective March 25th, 2024. Bringing over 20 years of invaluable experience within the healthcare sector, Ms. Camm is poised to contribute her extensive knowledge and leadership skills to the hospital system.

Her proven record of success in healthcare administration, coupled with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the healthcare landscape, aligns seamlessly with BCHS’s mission of working together to build a healthier community.

Ms. Camm joins the hospital system from Grand River Hospital, where she currently holds the position of executive vice president & chief operating officer in Clinical Services.

Prior to her tenure at Grand River, Bonnie held executive and leadership roles at William Osler Health System and University Health Network.

As a life-long learner, she holds a Master of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business (York University), a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy, and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education from the University of Western Ontario. Ms. Camm is also an active member of the Canadian College of Health Leaders.

Throughout her distinguished career, Bonnie has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to patient-centered care, operational excellence, and the cultivation of a collaborative and inclusive organizational culture. Her strategic vision aligns seamlessly with the goals of BCHS, and the Board is confident that under her leadership, the hospital will continue to thrive and excel in delivering exceptional healthcare services to the community.

“I am truly honoured to join the Brant Community Healthcare System as president & CEO,” said Ms. Camm. “I am excited to work collaboratively with the dedicated team at BCHS to continue delivering high-quality and patient-centered healthcare services to the community. Together, we will navigate the challenges and seize the opportunities that lie ahead, ensuring a healthier and more vibrant future for all.”
