Reducing burnout and re-energizing staff in healthcare
May 22, 2024
TORONTO – Burnout, attrition, and the scarcity of new talent are all far from new issues in healthcare, but they have multiplied and intensified to unprecedented levels during the turmoil of recent years. The commitment and dedication that naturally drive healthcare professionals have been seriously eroded, and the sector must rebuild to attract and retain the talent that is critically needed.
Many initiatives are underway to address various aspects of this challenge. All of them depend on inspired and incisive leadership at all levels of our healthcare system.
Join us for a live webinar with Dr. Alika Lafontaine (pictured on left), Maclean’s top Healthcare Innovator of 2023 and former head of the Canadian Medical Association (CMA), and Nanne Finis (pictured on right), chief nurse executive at UKG, for a lively and informative 90-minute session on valuable strategies and tools to help make working in healthcare great again.
