New associate CEO of CIUSSS-West-Central Montreal

MONTREAL – Erin Cook (pictured) has been appointed as the new Associate CEO of CIUSSS West-Central Montreal. Her career spans various roles, director of Quality, Transformation, Evaluation, Value, Clinical & Organizational Ethics, and Virtual Care, and associate director of the Support Program for the Autonomy of Seniors (SAPA). She has also served as co-director of Operations at the Segal Cancer Centre and Clinical administrative coordinator of Oncology and Cardiovascular Services.

Ms. Cook has been instrumental in advancing virtual care and digital health within CIUSSS. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she played a key role in establishing the COVID@Home program, which later became the successful Hospital@Home initiative. Her expertise has significantly contributed to the C4 Command Centre, enhancing patient flow and resource efficiency.

In her new role, Ms. Cook will focus on leveraging digital technology to improve care quality and user experience. Thanks are extended to Lucie Tremblay, who held the previously held the role until her retirement this past March.
