QP-Prostate receives Health Canada licence

VALENCIA, Spain – Health Canada has given Quibim a licence for QP-Prostate®, its AI-powered solution for prostate MRI analysis. The decision clears QP-Prostate v2.4 for use across Canada, where prostate cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer among men.

QP-Prostate uses artificial intelligence to analyze prostate MRI scans, giving clinicians quantitative imaging data to support the detection and characterization of prostate cancer. The tool works within existing clinical workflows without requiring changes to imaging protocols.

QP-Prostate already holds CE marking for the European Union, a UKCA mark for the United Kingdom, FDA clearance for the United States, TGA approval for Australia, and clearances for Switzerland, Chile, Mexico, Argentina and Brazil, meaning it is cleared for use by clinicians in all those markets.
