CHICAGO – At the RSNA conference last November, which attracted some 50,000 attendees, Toshiba introduced new products in four different modalities – angiography, CT, MR and ultrasound. The angiography announcement attracted a good deal of attention – the Infinix I Sky+, a ceiling-mounted system that features a double sliding C-arm. It’s the first of its kind in the market, and enables clinicians to increase their coverage, speed and patient access.
