Ms. Arlene Wilgosh, current President and CEO of the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority, announced late last year she was retiring this spring.

“Lori has been with the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority for 17 years with the last six years in senior leadership positions. I am confident she will provide the leadership necessary to move the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority forward, and continue the progress we are making in dealing with the challenges facing the region.”
The appointment of Ms. Lamont as interim President and CEO will be effective until a permanent President and CEO has been appointed. The Board of Directors is actively recruiting a permanent President and CEO, and this recruitment process continues.
