Halton Futures Innovation Summit set for October

August 23, 2017

Mark WaltonOAKVILLE, Ont. – Haltech and Halton Region Economic Development are excited to announce the 2017 Halton FUTURES Innovation Summit, an event that will gather technology developers, healthcare innovators and business leaders to discuss innovation opportunities for advancing the digital transformation in healthcare. Following the success of last year’s inaugural Halton FUTURES Innovation Summit & Awards, which had 220+ attendees, 14 invited presenters and 20 exhibitors, this year’s Summit event will shed light on how emerging technology solutions such as cloud data analytics with artificial intelligence (AI), smart medical devices, VR & AR applications, telemedicine and Internet-of Things in wearable gear are transforming the delivery of healthcare services from the hospital clinic to community care and home.

Hear from top healthcare innovators, physician-entrepreneurs, academic researchers and technology business leaders including Microsoft Canada, Javelin Technologies, Halton Healthcare Services, Sheridan College and more!
